Kick-off brief

You fill in a short form about your business, goals, and preferred template. We ask a few clarifying questions over email to nail the brief before we start.

Build in 1 day

We build the full site on our infrastructure, incorporating your logo, brand colors, copy, and images. Usually delivered within 24 hours of the brief being finalised.

Review & revise

You get a staging link to review the build. One round of revisions is included: tell us what you'd like changed and we update within 24 hours.

Launch on your hosting

Once approved, we migrate the site to your hosting (you purchase this separately). We handle the technical migration, you just point your domain.

Common questions.

Do I really pay nothing for the website build?

Correct, our design and development fee is $0. The only costs you pay are domain registration (around $15–$20/yr from any registrar) and web hosting (typically $10–$50/mo depending on the host you choose). We don't refer you to specific providers, pick whoever you prefer.

How are winners selected each month?

All qualifying applications received in a calendar month are reviewed. Charity track applications are assessed on mission impact and completeness of documentation. Business track applications go to subscribers who have completed at least one month of their plan. If multiple qualifying applications arrive in the same month, we pick one, and the others roll forward to the next selection round automatically.

Can I apply on both tracks?

Only if you genuinely qualify for both (e.g. a registered charity that also subscribes to a support plan). You can submit separate applications, just be honest about your situation in each form.

What CMS / platform will the site be built on?

Most free sites are built on WordPress, it's the easiest for clients to manage themselves without ongoing dev support. If you have a strong preference for Webflow or another platform, mention it in your application and we'll consider it.

What if I need more than 5 pages?

The free build covers up to 5 pages. Additional pages can be added at our standard rate ($99/page) billed as a one-off, or included in subsequent months if you're on a support plan.

Do I own the site once it's built?

Yes, 100%. Once delivered and migrated to your hosting, you own all code and content. There are no ongoing fees tied to the free build itself (though the business track requires your plan to continue for 3 months as a qualifying condition).
