We send you 2–3 vetted candidates with profiles and work samples. You do a brief 30-min intro call with your preferred person, and we handle the logistics.

The first two weeks are a formal trial. If it's not working (skill gap, communication style, timezone friction, anything) tell us and we'll find a replacement at no charge. After the trial, you can request a replacement with 30 days' notice.
You pay a flat monthly rate covering the person's compensation, our HR and management overhead, and access to our agency's back-office support. There are no surprise extras. For specialist roles or senior experience, rates will be above the stated minimums, and we'll quote exactly before you commit.
Yes, many clients build small embedded teams of 2–4 people (e.g. a developer + designer + marketer). Each hire is billed separately. Volume discounts available for 3 or more concurrent hires.
